Export Support Center

The Export Support Center (ESC) was founded by the Government of the Chelyabinsk Region in January 2017.

Goals and objectives

1. Increase in the volume of non-resource exports of the Chelyabinsk region, first and foremost by non-energy goods of medium and upper processing;
2. Increase in the volume of exports of services of the Chelyabinsk region;
3. Involvement of new small and medium-sized businesses in export activities;
4. Increase in the share of small and medium—sized exporting businesses in the total volume of non-resource exports of the Chelyabinsk region;
5. Expanding the geography of supplies to small and medium-sized businesses operating in the Chelyabinsk region.

Activity

As part of the implementation of the national project "International Cooperation and Export", the ESC provides comprehensive support to export-oriented small and medium-sized businesses in the Chelyabinsk region.

On a free basis, the Center provides consultations, including those involving SM experts, organizes translations into foreign languages, prepares presentations, commercial offers, helps to find partners, organizes participation in international exhibitions and business missions, displays goods on electronic platforms and helps promotion.

On the terms of co-financing, individual marketing and patent research of foreign markets, creation and upgrade of an Internet website in a foreign language, certification, protection of intellectual property abroad, as well as participation in the export acceleration program are carried out.
