The Agency conducts international activities in several areas, organizing congress and exhibition events, collective regional stands, business missions, providing consulting and information services and much more.

Goals and objectives

• Presentation of achievements of the Chelyabinsk region in various sectors of the economy, high technology, education and science.
• Promotion of products (works/services) of enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region to foreign markets, expansion of the geography of supplies, increase in exports from the region.
• Strengthening and development of foreign economic relations between enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region and foreign partners.
• Strengthening and development of interregional cooperation.

Activity

Department of Congress and Exhibition Activities

1. Organization of participation of the Chelyabinsk region in international and regional events (congresses, forums, conferences, exhibitions).

2. Organization and support of collective stands of the region within the framework of international and regional events with the participation of representatives of the Government and enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region.

Department of Business Relations

1. Organization of foreign business missions to potential and existing partner countries with the participation of representatives of the Government and businesses of the Chelyabinsk region.

2. Analysis of promising areas of cooperation with foreign partners.

3. Provision of consulting and information services to regional companies interested in export activities.

4. Interaction with foreign trade missions of the Russian Federation.

5. Organization of receptions for foreign delegations.

Special Projects Department

1. Organization of forums and conferences in the Chelyabinsk region.

2. Making the contents and promotion of the catalog of regional exporters to foreign markets.

3. Implementation of the professional retraining project «School of Foreign Economic Activity».

The recipients of the services are export-oriented enterprises, business entities and government agencies registered in the Chelyabinsk Region, interested in promoting their products to foreign markets.
